Many people are involved in the project. Here are five key members of the team:

As an entrepreneur, he founded and ran businesses, over 15 years, designing and building racing cars, and restoring classic cars. He went on to obtain an MBA from Cranfield University where he conducted a feasibility study into bringing hydrogen fuel cell cars to market; this led him to found RiverSimple, bring together the consortium behind LIFECar and then pursue Hyrban as a path to commercialisation.

John Constable is the Chair of the project.  One of the leading professors of management strategy in the UK, he supervised Hugo's original project at Cranfield University. He has combined his significant academic career with leadership roles outside academia. He was Director General of the British Institute of Management, and has held board seats on three quoted companies, one a member of the FTSE 100, and several private companies. He has been Chairman of a major charity, a Trustee of a large pension fund, a member of a District Health Authority and of the Civil Service Staff College Advisory Council and a Council member of two bodies influential in the provision of management education in the UK.
